I did the steps where it says to remove all xnb files that have been replaced by mods and reset the content folder via steam. WebYou need to update your stardew to beta 1.5.5 version before you can install smapi 3.13. You can still install smapi older version, which is 3.12 version but most of mod didn't work (for me) with that smapi version.
